Licences run for 12 months. We email reminders 30, 7 and 1 day before expiry. If a licence lapses the portal locks — data and settings are kept and it unlocks the moment you renew.
Move from Basic to Pro or Big Bash whenever you grow. New modules are switched on remotely — no reinstall.
